Two new writers have been hired to rewrite the existing draft for Ubisoft's adaptation of
Assassin's Creed starring Michael Fassbender. Adam Cooper and Bill Collage have begun working on the script, the talented duo wrote the original draft of this years highly anticipated Ridley Scott's biblical epic
Exodus: Gods and Kings.
If Cooper and Collage stick to plan, we should see some variation of Fassbender being kidnapped by a secret organization and forced to experience the memory of his assassin ancestors while on mission's to locate mankind-controlling artifacts and running up walls!
Ubisoft has a total of six movies currently in production, in which Assassin's Creed is a high priority project in Hollywood in attempt to capitalize on the popularity of their video games by making movies based on them. Also in production, Watch Dogs, Far Cry, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon and Rabbids.
