Time has come! Assassins Creed Revelations, being released at midnight throughout many locations in the nation. I am positive there are still people standing in line waiting for their copy. Let's get some facts in about the game. As we know, this is the end of Ezio's adventure, yes, my friends, confirming his last time as being the hero. Some of us have complained in the past about getting tired of him being the hero, but it's hard not to feel a bit of sadness as his story comes to an end.
In Revelations, he genuinely grows as a character. This is a big game with well over 30 missions. And if you're invested in the Assassin's Creed storyline, you simply have to finish it - even if the idea of spending another 30 hours as Ezio puts you off. Revelations' final hours not only explicitly hints at the direction of the next game in the series, but puts to rest one of its biggest mysteries in a memorable and dramatic way.
Ultimately, there are many reviews and mostly many claiming the reliance on recycled gameplay as its biggest flaw. But when it's good, it's really good, also having some very funny scenes. There are many moments that make the game worth it, and ensures this is an excellent value for the price.
As Ezio's journey comes to an end, the haunting ending in Assassins Creed | Revelations suggest the next game will be something very interesting, indeed. Other than being almost the same game we've played in the past this is an entertaining, imaginative action-adventure game with an engaging story full of surprises.
