After reading this awesome story of director J.J. Abrams granting a dying fan the best wish, I had to share. As another story comes across the Internet stating that Dan Craft has passed away. New York's Subway Cinema reported on its Facebook page that he passed away on Friday night of complications from cancer. He was a longtime supporter of Subway Cinema and the New York Asian Film Festival.
Last night around 10:15pm, Dan Craft, who has
been a member of Subway Cinema since 2004, passed away. His wife and
brother were with him when he went, and he wasn't in any pain. He'd been
a bit loopy for a few days as his liver failed and toxins built up in
his blood, and on Thursday his wife asked him if he needed to go to the
bathroom. "I'm going..." he proclaimed, "Into the future."

Although story details have remained under the radar and top security, (well as I like to think so) what we do know thanks to the official Star Trek Into Darkness plot synopsis, the crew of the Enterprise will be pitted against Benedict Cumberbatch’s after Starfleet suffers a major blow.
In Summer 2013, pioneering director J.J. Abrams will
deliver an explosive action thriller that takes ‘Star Trek Into
Darkness.’ When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they
find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization
has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world
